The Building Process With UPSPEC
When you choose to build with Upspec we keep you informed through out the whole process.
- Complete our quote request Contact Form & schedule a time that suits you for a site measure.
- Or contact us via 1300 4 UPSPEC & one of our friendly team will assist you.
- One of our qualified builders will carry out you FREE Site measure & Design consultation (if required)
- Your dedicated sales team member will then draw up your structure & supply you with a proposal.
- We ask you to check everything you require is included in your proposal & approve.
- Your design will be finalized (a final site check measure maybe required at this time) & proceed with engineering of your structure.
- A building contract as well as your finalized engineered plans will then be supplied for you to review, sign & return.
- If your project requires council approval, we will start the process at this time.
- Your materials order will be placed & you will receive an order confirmation.
- Any additional services will be organised at this time (e.g concrete or plumbing) to co-inside with our building timeline.
- One of our team members will contact you with a delivery ETA roughly 1 week before delivery is due to organise a day that suits you. You can let our team know of any special delivery instructions at this time. Delivery will be made via a crane truck which will need some clearance to unload your materials.
- Construction of your new structure will commence.
- Your warranty certificate & handover certificate will be issued.
- We ask you to leave us a review on Google, Facebook or via Email if you have been happy with the product & service we provide.
- Sit back & enjoy your new Upspec structure.
