Yes we certainly can. We do the hard work & paperwork for you including drafting of proposed site plans & elevations, completing Statement of Environmental Effects & Waste management plan, all engineering drawings, lodging your DA application & engaging a certifier for the Construction/Occupation certificates.

We offer a site inspection, quote & design consultation service as a no obligation free service.

We only ask you to complete our online quote request form prior to booking so we can best understand your design requirements, wishes & budget.

Once you place your order with Upspec our kits take approximately 3-4 weeks to be engineered, manufactured & delivered to site. Our building team will be onsite within a few business days of delivery to begin construction. Construction time varies depending on the size & design of your structure. Our team can advise you of your project timeline once your structure is designed.

If you project requires council approval this does take some time also.

Yes we do. Every structure built by Upspec is backed by our 24 month construction warranty. This covers any issues that may arise from construction faults e.g leaking gutter. However this does not cover any damages caused by weather or human error.

Every structure supplied by Upspec comes with a BlueScope backed 25 year structural warranty against any structural defects that may occur, this does not include faults caused by weather or human error.

There are many factors that make a home improvement structure or shed different in price, these can include:

  • Use of Australian or imported steel – Upspec only uses Australian made Bluescope steel.
  • Use of Genuine Colorbond steel or imported coil – Upspec only uses genuine Colorbond Steel.
  • Site specific engineering for wind & terrain categories – All our structures are individually designed & engineered.
  • Customization options – Upspec have no standard size or style, we design exactly what you require.
  •  Supply only verse whole project management – Unlike many home improvement suppliers we don’t just sell you the kit and supply you a list of builders to follow up. We are the builders so you deal with 1 company through out the whole project.
  • Supply of engineering & construction warranties.

When we design your project we try to include everything upfront in your quote so you have no surprises mid project, if for some reason we encounter an unforeseen issue that wasn’t we will always supply a quote before proceeding with any changes. We always keep you informed & our pricing upfront. 

We endeavor to make paying for our products & services as simple as possible.  We have a range of payment methods to suit your chosen method of payments including direct deposit, online credit card, BPay or bank cheque.

Our payment schedules differ depending on your project type, however we break up all our payments so you are only paying for what you have received e.g deposit (to book in or place order), on delivery (once you receive your materials), on frame completion (once the frame is built) & on final completion.

We will never ask for payment of your structure upfront or for any money where you see no value. As the payments are spread out over the duration of the project it makes things easier for your cashflow!

We can supply patio, steel deck & shed kits to most areas of Australia in DIY form. A construction manual will be supplied & we can offer a consultation service by a qualified builder if required.

Our portal holds all your job information along with any documents, plans & is directly linked to our admin system, so when our team update your job you can see it as well.  All your information is secure & is only used by Upspec.
